What ages of children for group

I am new to joy school and would like to start a group for my 3 1/2 year old daughter. We will do joy school for 2 full years before she starts kinder. Is it best to find other 3 turning 4 year olds to join our group for year 1 or does it work to have 4 turning 5 year olds as well? Any suggestions/tips would be appreciated.:)

I think older kids do fine and can enjoy Joy School too. Also if you have older kids (such as homeschoolers) they can help by telling the stories and such. Sometimes it can be more fun to help out with teaching lessons.
