When you place an order on ValuesParenting.com, your credit card number is never stored on our site. Stripe handles our transactions and all card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe’s internal servers and daemons are able to obtain plaintext card numbers; instead, they can just request that cards be sent to a service provider on a static whitelist. Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure, and doesn’t share any credentials with Stripe’s primary services (API, website, etc.).

Stripe forces HTTPS for all services, including their public website. They regularly audit the details of their implementation: the certificates they serve, the certificate authorities they use, and the ciphers they support. They use HSTS to ensure browsers interact with Stripe only over HTTPS.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Our credit card processing is provided by Stripe. The company name ValuesParenting.com will appear on your credit card statement.

International Orders

ValuesParenting.com accepts international orders. We do not charge tax or duties. Your home country may charge additional duties or taxes. You may wish to check with the appropriate government agency in your country if there will be any additional duties, taxes or fees. Depending on the country in which you live, alternative payment methods may be required.

A receipt will be sent to your email address.

Refund Policy

We understand the possibility of incorrect orders. Our Customer Service department is available to assist you with your return. You must contact our Customer Service department by emailing support@valuesparenting.com within 15 days of receipt of the order.

Here are the rules for your return.

Refund will be issued at the original purchase price. Customer must inform ValuesParenting.com of any order discrepancy within 15 days of the delivery date. You must request a return for refund or replacement within 15 days of the delivery date. No refunds or exchanges after 15 days.

Please allow 2 to 5 business days to process your returns.
